Good questions
How does the free month work?
Email us and we set up your business. You use Bookless free for one month. After that you move to the Basic plan at 75,000 RWF per month, Premium at 150,000 RWF per month, or the Pilot plan if a spot is still open.
Does Bookless change my numbers on its own?
No. Bookless never silently corrects a financial value. If a discount fully explains why a total looks off, it tells you that instead of raising a false alarm; if something genuinely does not add up, it flags it and shows you. A person on your team always decides what is right and approves.
What can be customized on Premium?
Tell us how your business handles invoices and we will shape Bookless around it. Email us and we will discuss what you need.
Is my data private?
Each business sees only its own expenses, and our logs never store document contents.
Why only 20 businesses on the Pilot plan?
The Pilot plan is a trade, not just a discount: we want businesses using Bookless in real, day-to-day production so we can learn from real use and strengthen the product fast, while you get full access at a fraction of the price while we're building together. Keeping it to 20 businesses means every one of you gets heard, not lost in a crowd.
What happens after the 12-month Pilot term?
The Pilot plan runs for exactly 12 months at 4,333 RWF per month. After that it ends and is removed as a selectable plan — you then choose Basic or Premium to continue, and whichever you pick comes with a guaranteed lifetime bonus, our way of saying thank you for being one of our first 20 businesses.
What's the "lifetime bonus" on Basic or Premium?
When your Pilot term ends and you move to Basic or Premium, that plan carries a permanent discount for as long as you're with us — guaranteed, not conditional, because you were one of our first 20 businesses.
